There is no status to identify the study as completed. Instead, OpenClinica recommends changing the status of the study to Design and removing users from the Share screen.

Other actions you need to take should be defined in your study protocol.

To Change the Status of Your Study:

  1. Click the Settings button on the My Studies screen, and select Settings.
  2. On the Settings screen, click the Share button in the header.
  3. Select the environment you want to update first (Test).
  4. On the Share screen for that environment, click the Change Status link in the upper-righthand corner of the screen.
  5. Click the Status field to access a dropdown, and select Design.
  6. Click the tab for the other environment in the top right-hand corner of the screen (Production).
  7. Click the Status field to access a dropdown, and select Design.

To Remove Users From Your Study:

  1. Click the Settings button on the My Studies screen, and select Settings.
  2. On the Settings screen, click the Share button in the header.
  3. Select the environment you want to update first (Test).
  4. On the Share screen for that environment, click the Remove button next to the user to remove them from the People table.
  5. Click the tab for the other environment in the top right-hand corner of the screen (Production).
  6. On the Share screen for that environment, click the Remove button next to the user to remove them from the People table.
